The Desk Fit planner and Screen Math are free. The Desk Pass is for keeping more than one desk: several saved desks, more screens on each, and a printable setup sheet.

Desk Pass
$1.95 a month
or $19.50 a year (two months free)
- Up to 10 saved desks on one card: home, office, a standing setting, each person in the family
- Up to 4 screens on each saved desk
- A printable setup sheet with every desk's numbers, to tape under the desk or hand to whoever sets it up
Free during preview: every Desk Pass feature is on for everyone and nothing is charged.
What the Desk Pass does not include
No furniture, monitors or parts, no installs, no ergonomic assessment by a person, nobody to call. Desktop Services is a self-help site: the planner, Screen Math and the card are the whole product.
Plain terms
When checkout opens:
- The Desk Pass renews each month or year until you cancel it in PayPal. Cancelling keeps the Pass until the end of the period you paid for.
- If the Pass ends, nothing is deleted because of it: desks already on the card stay and can be opened and re-planned. Adding a second desk, saving more than 2 screens on a desk and the print sheet need the Pass again. As for every card, one nobody opens for 400 days is deleted.
- The Pass belongs to one Desk Card: keep that card's private link. There are no accounts, so a lost link cannot be recovered. A card with a renewing Pass cannot be deleted until you cancel the Pass in PayPal.
- Prices are in US dollars. No selling of your data. The public pages carry one labelled banner ad (see Privacy); the Desk Card never does.
Desktop Services is in preview. There is no checkout yet, so there is nothing to buy today. Prices at launch will be these, paid through PayPal.
